Where to get it
Favored sources:
General loot chances; your class and level can change these chances.
Set piece of Tier 4 · Ashen Mines: its elites drop one of the tier's set pieces 1.5% of the time, its bosses 18% of their kills, at their level (20–30 in the world). Moonhorn, the daily lair boss, rolls lower: a piece at your level 50% of the kills – uncommon 45%, rare 50%, epic 5% – and a set piece 5% of the time.
Salvage
Broken down at the smith into Ashen Iron Ore ×3 and, 50% of the time, Mine Crystal ×1. Higher grades yield more.
