Terms of use
SagaVale is a free browser RPG run by its developer. By playing you agree to these terms; what the game stores about you is on the Privacy page. Questions: our Discord server. Last updated 24 October 2026.
The game's content
Everything in SagaVale – the world and its maps, 3D models, textures, animations, music, sounds, texts and code – belongs to its developer. You are welcome to take screenshots and videos of your play and share them, streams included. You may not copy, extract, decode, download in bulk or redistribute the game's files or content, or reuse them in another game, product or website.
Fair play
- Play with the game as it is served: no modified clients, no programs that read or change the game, and no bots or macros that play for you. The game's own Auto Hunt is the one exception.
- Report a bug you find instead of using it for gold, items or experience.
- Treat other players decently in chat: no harassment, hate, spam or scams.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself: what happens on your account is your responsibility. Game masters may mute, suspend or close accounts that break these terms, and give or take game items, gold and Starshards (the second game currency, if your account has any – it has no cash value, cannot be traded or refunded and is not sold). You can delete your account at any time in the game: Account → Delete account.
Game updates and availability
Features, balance and content may change or go, and the servers may be down for updates. The game is offered as it is, without guarantees.
Changes
When these terms change, this page shows the new date; playing after that means you accept the new version.
