Find Astronomer Ysolde at the Starwatch Astronomer Ysolde

Storm-Captain Rhoswen says

“Since the Storm King's guard fell, the clouds over the spine have thinned for the first time in living memory - and the lookouts on the south tower have seen a light down there. Not a fire. It rises out of the ground and it is getting brighter.”

“The Order keeps an outpost down in the Astral Reach, the Starwatch, where the old observatory stands. Take the road south over Skyrift Heights and find Astronomer Ysolde. If anyone knows what that light is, she does.”
