A knight of the Order of the Last Light has come to Miragewell asking for swords: in the Shadowfen to the north-east the dead are walking out of their city. Go to Candlewatch and find Knight-Commander Osric.

“A knight came to the well yesterday - grey cloak, a candle burned into the breastplate. The Order of the Last Light, from the Shadowfen, where the waste ends in black water and the old kings built a city for their dead.”

“He says the dead are walking out of that city, and the Order has a single fort left between them and the living. After what you did to the Sultan's guard, I think you are the only answer I could give him. Go north-east; ask for Knight-Commander Osric at Candlewatch.”
