The drowned chapel
The Order's first chapel stands on an isle in the Black Mere, half sunk, its tower leaning over the water. Sister Eluned lit a candle on its altar every night until the wraiths came. Cross the boardwalk and see if it still burns.

Sister Eluned says
“Before Candlewatch the Order kept a chapel on the isle in the mere. The water came up, the roof fell in, the tower began to lean - and still I went out every night along the boardwalk and lit one candle on the altar.”
“Then the wraiths came and I stopped. Go out there for me. If my candle is still burning, then something out there is still ours.”
