The Drowned Bell rings under the tarn some nights, and the knights who drowned with the town come up to answer it. Cross the pier to the tower and put two of them back down.

“The bell in the tower across the tarn rang every dusk when the town stood. It rings under the water some nights, and the knights who drowned with the town come up to answer it. Go to the tower - the pier on the east shore still holds - and put two of them back down.”
