Oaths under the stars
Beyond the dry river, against the escarpment, the titans swore their oaths in a hall of their own. The Reach's celestial sentinels have come to stand in it, as if they remembered the words. Reach the Hall of Oaths and bring down two of them.

Gate-Warden Osmund says
“The sentinels came down from the Reach with the star's light still in them, and they walked straight across the plateau to one place: the Hall of Oaths, over the bridge and against the cliffs. They stand round the oath stone as if they were waiting to swear.”
“I do not want to know what they would swear to. Cross the bridge, find the hall, and bring down two of them before they finish remembering.”
