Where to get it
Only during Hallowtide (25 Oct – 8 Nov, UTC). While Hallowtide lasts the creatures carry Hallow Candles: an ordinary one now and then leaves 1, an elite often 2, and a champion 3, a boss 5 and a raid boss 15 every time – none from a creature 8 or more levels below you – and every hero credited with a kill gets their own, straight into the bag. When the Hollow Harvester falls at night, every hero within 60 m of the spot gets 10 more.
