Where to get it
Dragonspine equipment (Tier 10 · Dragonspine Peaks, Titanfall Ruins, The Astral Reach): any creature of the tier can drop it – regular 5%, elite 20%, boss 50%, rare or better. The piece takes the creature's level – 80 to 100 in the world; the grade is rolled on the kill, and 55% of drops are picked for the killer's class. Moonhorn, the daily lair boss, rolls lower: a piece at your level 50% of the kills – uncommon 45%, rare 50%, epic 5% – and a set piece 5% of the time.
Hunt in Dragonspine Peaks, The Wyrm Hollows, The Astral Reach, The Starfall Core, Titanfall Ruins, Galeburn Barrens, Glimmerfen, Brokenhelm Steppe, Skyrift Heights, Shardfall Plains, Thunderhorn, Titan's Anvil.
